Taking a Leap of Faith - You'll Survive

There is nothing worse than working a job that you hate, being in a relationship that drains you, or doing anything or having anyone around you that pulls you down. Not only is it stressful, but, you have physical, mental, and spiritual changes. I'm going to point out 5 changes of each that happen, but, there is so much more than 5.

  1. Gain too much weight/lose too much weight
  2. Eyes sag, become puffy
  3. Fatigue
  4. Skin blemishes
  5. Ulcers

  1. Sadness/Depression
  2. Anxiety
  3. Anger
  4. Self blame
  5. Slowed mental reactions
  1. Lack of self-awareness
  2. Lose of self-love
  3. Self blame
  4. Self hatred
  5. Inability to meditate/find or allow for quiet space
I recorded a video blog today, and uploaded it to my YouTube channel, (video below) but, before I went to edit it, I saw an old video, from last November, when I was sick, down on myself, and unhappy with where I was at. I could not believe the transformation is just 10 months.

All I did was begin to love myself, and the rest fell into place.
